Simon Pierse is an artist who works in watercolour and mixed media on paper. He is well known for his desert landscape and mountain subjects. He has painted Central and Western Australia, Himalayan India and the Italian Alps. Simon is a member of the Royal Watercolour Society and an artist associate member of the Alpine Club. He is currently working on a series of paintings of Gran Paradiso (Italian Alps) for a solo show at the Alpine Club.
